Well, it's basically taking someone elses image and making it your own.
YUP. IT'S NOT STEALING AT ALL!
Seriously, I'm beginning to hate collage artists. Mind you, I like the ones that make their own little individual things, paste them onto the picture, and make the collage, all from their effort.
BUT NOT the one's that take other people's hard-worked images and mess it up somehow!
